- Handling Time: All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
- Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address.
- Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 8 business days in total from the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and weight.
- Express & Secure Packaging: Given the high value and fine quality of our jewelry, all packages are shipped using secure, insured, and trackable courier services to guarantee safe delivery.
4. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
